We're heading into that season of foody delights and every pre-Thanksgiving WW meeting I've been to always emphasized holiday goals. Where do you want to be on New Year's? How are you going to get there?
This week when I stepped on the scale, I saw that I was very close to my goal. I haven't changed my eating dramatically despite my efforts, but I have increased my exercise to 5 days/35 min each. With that in mind, I decided that this year's holiday goal will be for me to maintain my weight through maintaining/increasing my workouts.
Have you set goals?

My goal is to lose 5lbs and to exercise at least 30 minutes/4 days per week. And to keep going to WW meetings - it's all about the keeping-going! :-) Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
Great ideas and great goals Rachel and Niamh-
I am focusing on eating- being aware, adding variety and staying close to plan. And attending WW meetings. I find I really enjoy them- the leaders are inspirational and funny!
I alomost didn't go this week because I didn't do well.. so told the check in lady:
If I gained don't tell me- just smile. Don't say anything unles I lost. (which I know I didn't)
Well, I lost a pound. kewl!
My workouts are fine but I am going to look at them like fun.. pick the ones I like best not what I think I *should* do.
I am planning my day tomorrow with the eating. Made a really good pumpkin recipe that gives me all the delight of pumpkin pie with lots less calories.. can't wait!
Great goals! I'm still working a los8ing a bit, eating less, working out hard..very vague goals but I stress if I put too much pressure on myself.
