HI Leonie
Thanks for the post- I just re-read your getting started post. All good stuff. Honest and getting to what's real.

Yes, eating to solve other problems is so hard to break. My challenge too is my ongoing allergies, which often leave me really tired and feeling so bad and I find myself eating thinking I will get energy or feel better. Ice cream makes you feel better, right?

Thanks again- you are so generous and open and that is truely what helps others on their journeys.

Leonie, I was with you all the way to the overpriced coffee, lol! I've always loved that Nike slogan from "What Women Want":

No games. Just sports.

This week I'm working on my 4 day exercise goal and I'm going to use the mantra to help me get there. :)

I'm a carb eater too, but I recognize that I don't feel full without carbs. And I do crave them at certain times (and the chocolate kind not the whole wheat kind) so I'm thinking of Optivite multivitamins which are supposed to help with that. Thanks for the post Leonie!
