Just wanted to say that I signed up with SparkPeople last month and I am down 10 POUNDS! I am so psyched! I just had to share. I am eating mindfully, tracking my food on Spark (which is so easy and fun and FREE) and walking when I can. I have eczema that flares in Spring and it's on the bottom of my feet, making it painful to do anything cardio. I am also Calorie Cycling. Where I have different calories from day to day, so I am still eating my chocolate!

Hi Rachel -- I followed you over here from your unschooling blog.I just want to say CONGRATULATIONS on the big loss of 10 pounds. That is awesome. :-)
I just joined SparkPeople this weekend -- yikes! -- I have over 100 pounds that I need to lose.

I love the articles at Spark Peoplen - I don't log there, I just keep a rough mental tally.
Mom of 3 - way to go with starting at SparkPeople - I have lost over 75lbs, perhaps 80 or so, over the last five years and maintained it for about a year. So, you can do it!
