nI am still on NO workouts but am consoling myself by planning rotations of workouts.
A friend gave me a box of Winsor Pilates videos so I was thinking of adding pilates into my rotation when I am back into working out...I love cardio so was thinking of doing cardio or kickboxing or AWT every day, followed by a bit of pilates.
Anyone else into pilates?

I love the Pilates video you recommended--10 minute solutions. I need to get up early and start with that in my new plan :)I loved the flexibility and abdominal sections. In 20 minutes :)
