Some thoughts from Billy Blanks

Doing my Taebo today, I was struck by some of Billy's comments. They reached my heart...

"Have you got the gusto? Use your mind and your will ."

I really like the "Where I am today is where my mind put me...." So true and often my downfall.

I think I'm going to ask Bill for the postpartum workout to go with my pound of See's Candy chocolates which I inhale after delivery (it really gets the milk started with a bang!).

Something else I found was to focus on eating healthy not just restricting the bad food.

When I did (like eat butternut squash KNOWING how much Vit. A I was getting) it seems to crowd out the other stuff.

This is on my good days.. but sometimes the bad stuff crowds out the good stuff, too. lol
