What have you been up to??

Rachel has been losing weight and getting fit - check out her cool pics.

And me? Today was another time crunch day so I did the 30 minute Turbo Jam Cardio Party Remix. Love the music in this workout - its a happy workout for me...But then I DO love both cardio and high impact!
