Good Friday workout

What will be your Good Friday workout?

Today, before Stations of the Cross, I did another FIRM workout - Complete Aerobics and Weight Training. Step aerobics and weight training. Fun! 55 minutes.

I was hoping it would be labor, but no such luck. ;) I did do a Holy Saturday half mile swim and CLEANED. The swim felt great and the cleaning looked great.

Great you got in that workout. You go, girl!

Rachel- so great you did a relaxing swim. I think swimming would be the perfect exercise in your 9th month- taking the strain away and giving you movement and aerobic.
