I lost 1 kg this week! Hurray! 1 kg equals 2.2 lbs.I am not really dieting but I *am* trying to be healthier - and, given my genetic health conditions, both my doctor and I think a lower BMI would be ood for me.So, I keep on eating healthy, not eating too much, having some "treats" and working out.
And its nice to feel a bit of success!

You look fab! Great work with the weight loss. Doesn't it feel great to have a surprise loss just from making the right choices? You are an inspiration!
Congrats! Cute dress!
I made the right choice at dinner - low carb pizza and big salad!
I'm trying!
Great job on the weight drop, Leonie!
Maria.. that is great.. small decisions like that are the building block... you are inspiring me.
Thabnks everyone - Maria, that meal soudns yummy!
Lately, when I've been home late and am eating later than everyone else, ( or they are eating something too fattening!) I've been having a WW frozen meal. Some of them are yummy - I add extra veges or salad. And at least they are portion controlled! lol!
Last night it as a Thai Yellow Chicken Curry WW meal.
I buy a few to keep in the freezer, when the meals are on special...
I love to keep frozen dinners around too. Amazing how much better they have become. I like Lean Cusine and sometimes find them on sale for less than $2 each.. so stock up. It is fun to eat with no prep.... and you are so right.. that portion control is helpful. That is a big challenge for me. Plus my dh is a very good cook.. and I snack when cooking AND cleaning up.
*blush* now you know my secrets!
I understand completely, Cindy - I pack up all the nuts and cheese and crackers straight away - or I will eat them!
