More pool activity

Today, I jogged for 45 minutes in the pool!

I feel great and I'm so excited...because when it comes to jogging...

I am NO landlubber....

I think jogging in the pool sounds refreshing!

I did water aerobics when I was in Ca and preggy with Bryan. It was so fun.. I floated! Big time!

We used empty water jugs as floatation and it was really a workout. My neighbor does it all the time and I may try it again when I get tired of other things. Saving some things as a back up...

But water is so refreshing... go Maria!
