Thanks, Leonie-
I look forward to perusing these...

I also found a neat site- just google 'nutrtion data' you can sort by all sorts of things and it give complete nutrition facts for lots of foods.

I recently wanted to add more protein to my diet so searched and sorted by foods highest in protein but lowest in calories...

I liked the Calorie Queen site.. they are so honest and I bet the book is funny, too.

Did you see the before/after pics? Amazing! They look 20 years younger....

Leonie, Bill has a ton of Navy SEAL books. He started again 2 days ago and now he's the one who needs the massage! LOL Can't wait to check out the other sites.

I am addicted to bootcamp and navy seal type of workouts - only thing I can't do ( yet? lol!) is the pull up...Thought I'd sub some weights or some tricep dips or similar and, of couse, my cardio is video workouts/kickboxing!

Thanks for sharing Leonie!! I'll be back here to check these out as my life changes and I look for more variety. I think of you when I see my Tae Bo videos every morning--I am not quite ready to dust them off though. Maybe at the end of the summer :)
