This week--even though it's Tues

Workouts scheduled today and Thurs am with my friend. Sat workout also planned, probably the bike here.

Still working on drinking my water. I want to focus on it long enough to make it second nature again.

That's it. I'm really trying to start slowly.

Having a friend makes it so much more fun. And I like that you are taking it slow and steady... that is the way to make habits last!
