A new book on walking and on faith.


For those of you who are walkers. It sounds good.

I have her walking tape and love her attitude. I also have a different book by her I think it is called
Eat Smart Walk Strong.

Great simple explanation of nutrition and in fact I have used it with the boys to learn about good nutrition.

She is so happy and upbeat!

I think this one also focuses on faith as well as nutrition and fitness - Leslie is apparently a Christian....
