A week of healthy eating.

Shape Magazine has put out some new workouts - Bikini Body Bootcamp.

And they are promoting healthy workouts ( strength and cardio) and healthy eating .

Here is a sample meal plan for 7 days - yummy and healthy and simple!

Just adding - one thing I like about the meal plan is the breakfasts - healthy and low fat but substantial. I think breakfast is often an overlooked meal,esp when people are watching their weight like me :-), when it can often set the stage for healthy eating and controlled blood sugars for the day.

Good point. I have a set breakfast that does well for me, but you can't do that all the time or you break out and binge. I'm planning on using this article to help mke our menu this week (Bill decided 1 weeks at a time was easier that 15 weeks at once LOL). I have a hard time finding dinners that don't have calories and fat through the roof and still taste good to the whole family
