Workout calendars

I print out one each month and keep it on the fridge, as a workout record and as a motivator.

There are stickers , too, if you are so inclined... ( I'm not!).

Do you put down what you plan to do, what do you actually do or both?

I am using WW.com at present and keep a record in the notes section. I may start posting my daily workouts here, too.

I like it when you post yours.. fun to see what you are doing and it motivates me, too!

I plan in my head what I want to do but write down what I did - this give me room for spontaneity. :-)
